  • A marshaling yard is a designated staging area where trucks check in before being directed to the show site. If your event uses one, your carrier must check in there before arriving at the dock.

  • Missing or incorrect paperwork can delay delivery and may result in additional handling charges. Always ensure your shipment is properly documented and labeled.

  • You can help reduce costs by consolidating shipments, using pallets or crates, properly labeling materials, and shipping to the advance warehouse.

  • Carriers will pick up freight at the designated dock area. Carriers must check in prior to the published move out deadline.

  • First, confirm delivery using your tracking or PRO number. If your shipment has been delivered but is not in your booth, visit the Service Desk and our team will assist you.

  • Freight received at the advance warehouse is delivered directly to your booth before move in begins, so it is ready when you arrive.

  • No. Forklifts for unloading and reloading freight are included as part of material handling.

    If you require a forklift to move items within your booth, that service can be ordered separately.

  • POV stands for Personally Owned Vehicle. Shipments delivered via POV may follow different procedures and rates. Refer to your Exhibitor Center for details.

  • No. All loading docks and material handling areas are managed by SourceOne.

    Exhibitors may hand carry small items through the front entrance only if they can be carried in one trip without the use of equipment.

  • Crated shipments are palletized, shrink wrapped, or banded and are easier and more efficient to handle.

    Uncrated shipments are loose or individual items that require more time and labor, which may result in higher handling costs.
