Planning

It may seem trade shows have an overwhelming amount of details to address, but with SourceOne on your staff, trade shows become simple.

Our experts will accompany you to the site so that we can review the space together and discuss how we may help you accomplish your goals.

We will discuss how to best show off your business. From the outdoor banners down to the decor package, we will design and present you with several creative and unique options from which you will choose what suits you best.

Once you love the design package, our skilled staff gets to work on bringing your trade show to life!

Pre-Show

SourceOne thrives on planning and implementing every component of the trade show experience: the design of the event, sourcing the labor and materials, and handling the details of document processing.

We design production orders for every component of the event, including finalized installation, show and dismantle schedules, and production orders for all areas of the event. We believe in strong communication throughout each stage of the process, and we keep you updated on the progress of the production of the event.

Onsite

The personalized approach and attention to detail comes to fruition as your SourceOne team delivers an incredible move-in experience. Your event manager will hold daily meetings to ensure the event unfolds as planned, and will facilitate resolution to any onsite requests with a superior level of customer service.

Exhibitors will meet with our friendly team upon arrival. We will assist the exhibitors with any questions or concerns, and handle any last-minute requests before the start of the show.

Move Out

Even though the show is over, we are still at work. The move-out process needs as much care and attention to detail as the move-in process. Our team will ensure strict control over the loading docks, expertly handle show management materials, and will both load and ship all equipment and supplies to a place of your choosing.

Before you call the event a wrap, we perform a thorough walk-through of the venue and inspect that all property has been removed from premises.

The most important component of the post-show experience happens when our SourceOne team debriefs with you to determine successes and any opportunities for even greater success the following year.
